Customized Planning Packages

Our wedding planning packages are all customized to fit the individual needs of each bride and groom. We believe that every bride should have her dream day, her way and I work hard to make every dollar of your budget count. I work with solid, reliable vendors who are also very customer service oriented and have your best interest in mind. I try to make planning as much fun and hassle-free as possible so your wedding day is everything you ever dreamed of. I don't know when your wedding is or how far you are in the planning process , so let me give you some basic information.
We can do full service wedding planning which includes but is not limited to:
Unlimited consultations via phone and email
Unlimited detailed meetings to discuss wedding styles, budget management, vendor procurement, theme and design concepts, etc.
Giving advice and information or meetings as needed on following vendors: Photographers, Videographers, DJ's, Stationers, Linens, Lighting, Rentals, Bakery, Transportation, Tuxedos, Bridal Attire, etc.
Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager
Contact and coordinate arrival and setup times and procedures for all vendors
Oversee decor set up at ceremony and reception
Assist Officiant and orchestrate rehearsal with bridal party and family
On site coordination and management of entire wedding day (see details under day of coordination).
Taking care of details, details, details and details so the bride, groom and families can totally enjoy the experience!!

The full service option pricing again is customized depending on how much planning you want to do yourself and how much you want us to handle. Other considerations on pricing include the size and date of the wedding (obviously planning a wedding for 50 is less work for us than planning a wedding for 500) so the price is adjusted accordingly. To give you a ball park figure to work with the full service can run from $1000 - $4000.

We also offer Panic Packages for those brides who have done most of the planning but just need help pulling the final details together, This is for brides who are within two months of their wedding and includes a scaled down version of the full service packages. The pricing on this package depends on how many details there are to finish and how much you have gotten done already! Panic Packages can run from $1000 - $2000.

On the other end of the spectrum is day of coordination but because it is impossible to just show up the day of your wedding and give you the coordinating that you need, this package includes but is not limited to:
One meeting about a month before to set and/or review your day of schedule of events, get all vendors names and numbers, get all participants' names, and go over details for the day checklist. This meeting is to make sure that I am ready for everything on your wedding day.
Being at rehearsal the evening before to meet with all your wedding party and parents, make sure everyone is ready for the wedding day and aware of the schedule and to assist your officiant with the rehearsal itself.
Day of wedding - making sure that all vendors are on time and taken care of, assisting with any decorating, transporting of people and/or items to and from hotels, homes, hairdressers, church and reception. Assisting wedding party with getting ready at church, assisting photographer, getting wedding party lined up and ready for ceremony. Moving any items needed from ceremony to reception. Assisting venue with any questions or concerns at reception. Assisting DJ or MC with flow of reception events. Taking care of any issues that arise on the day of the wedding.

Depending on size, date and intricacy of your events this package can run from $500- $1500. Again this can be customized and can have services added or subtracted depending on you personal needs and budget. Also, some of my brides have come to me and said I have $x amount to spend on a wedding planner what can I get for that amount of money. So I work with all budgets from a few hundred to several thousand.

We also offer a full line of gorgeous linens, full decorating service for ceremony and reception, fresh flowers for bridal party - bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages as well as flowers for ceremony and reception, wedding gift delivery and/or storage, and other customized services.
